RunTogether ("we", "us") helps runners discover and join group runs nearby. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not run ads and do not use your data for advertising or third-party analytics tracking.

3. Sharing

Your display name, avatar, city, pace, posted runs, and ratings you've received are visible to other signed-in RunTogether users. Email addresses are never shown to other users.

4. Data retention & deletion

You can permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and removes your profile, hosted runs, RSVPs, ratings, messages, photos, friendships, and any synced health stats. Reports submitted by others may be retained in anonymized form for safety auditing.

5. Children

RunTogether is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete the account.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security policies. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (EEA, UK, California, etc.) you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Most of these are available directly in the app; for anything else, email us.

We'll update this page if the policy changes. Material changes will be highlighted in-app.
